I really haven't had any issues with cars but I started trying to make myself look at license plates after a car goes by. I assume that if something ever happens at least I may get their license number. I am to the point that I can almost put a car with a plate that are reqular drivers.

Is this a good idea or borderline obsessive-compulsive disorder?
