1.04.007 subsection 800(b). Events. Attendance. Attire. Bike Jersey. Any bike jersey representative of an event shall be worn during the event and anytime thereafter until the jersey becomes less of a jersey and more of several loosely connected jersey molecules, at which time you cut up the jersey and use it for shop rags.

FYI: Subsection (a) of this code pertains to wearing a rock band's t-shirt to their own concert.
