Not my bier. I don't refridgerate it either. Wine cellar cool but no refridgeration. I brew it for taste, too cold a bier looses some of the taste...hence wasting some of my efforts.

With that said, standard American beer must be consumed cold or it tastes like it has been passed through a horse....hmmm come to think of it, it tastes like that cold too!
