Bottle it

Bottle it
At the risk of inspiring drug companies to endanger people's health, I propose (partly in jest, yet partly in seriousness) someone analyze ALL the naturally produced substances in the body that are released when people ride a bike, then bottle it.
Then I propose they destroy it forever, before people decide they can take it to feel good without ever having to ride a bike.
(On a crazy side-note, my stepson brought home a sun visor brandishing, "Viagra racing team." I would wear it cycling, but
I need to wear my helmet.)

One of my Irish friends claims that American beer tastes as though it was brewed by being passed through a horse. Of course, this comment comes from a country whose residents drink warm beer because they rely on Lucas for refrigeration.

With that said, standard American beer must be consumed cold or it tastes like it has been passed through a horse....hmmm come to think of it, it tastes like that cold too!

Now, let's talk about "cheese."

My dad told me when I was very young that he thought Blue (sp?)
Cheese was first discovered by someone in a cave.
Hm. Lots of mold in there.
Which cheeses would you still eat if they smelled like something else? Just asking.

I love sharp cheddar. But I'm really not sure if I want to know where it came from...

A rather ripe Brie de Meaux for me as a preference, and beer at cellar temperature.

(That'd be kinda tricky, but if you can move your arms and legs, I guess you can exercise in a bottle...)
