I've got a 2003 Fuji Cross that currently uses an ISIS BB. I'm getting a compact crankset and am looking at the Shimano R600 (

I've never switched out a BB before and wanted to know there is any compatibility issues with a frame, or if the Shimano will fit right into the BB shell on the frame. (PS: I know the Shimano requires the external cups and they are currently included in a package deal from pbk.)
