Well, hush my mouth! I guess I have never seen a LATE Windsor Pro, cause that BB treatment is new to me, but you have nailed it...seems like the later ones have much nicer detailing/finish than the early '70s stuff that I've seen, that lugwork and blue paint highlighting looks downright CLEAN! Edit: ahha, I re-read and realize this has been *re-painted*, that explains the high-quality detailing! Still, shows you how good a Windsor Pro can look if you sweat the details.
