At a certain point it doesn't matter if it's Hitler or the Fonz running the company; I still can't reach anyone to actually order my frame. Their CC system isn't secure (according to the lack of a little lock icon on IE), and seems Email based. You can "checkout" through the entire system witout even putting your CC in.
