So a 69er? Nice. There is nothing wron with your build, it looks pretty solid.

I liked the 05 titan, the 06 and up look like they went on steroids. The problem is getting in freaking touch with them. I've been trying to buy a trials frame from them for two weeks, calling twice a day, and get the same british accented voicemail. They returned one call and told me to call back, and when I did no one picked up. That was monday. I've called about six more times since then.

I would have given up a long time ago, but the session frame is crazy cheap.

back to the build i have two other options 1: forget the 69er but keep the 29er fork and use a 26 inch wheel(equivalent to a 26 inch fork with 130mm of travel) 2r i can get a rigid fork with a 20mm axle, a new front wheel, make it geared (all i would need is a rear deraiilluer), the fork can replace a 3-4 or 5-6 inch travel fork

At a certain point it doesn't matter if it's Hitler or the Fonz running the company; I still can't reach anyone to actually order my frame. Their CC system isn't secure (according to the lack of a little lock icon on IE), and seems Email based. You can "checkout" through the entire system witout even putting your CC in.

As for your fork situation, it really depends on the riding you're going to be doing.

these questions are all answered by personal preference- there's nobody that can tell you (without knowing more about your height, your type of riding, the type of terrain, and what your riding strengths are) whether you're better off geared or ss, 29er or 26, and rigid or suspension.

personally, i thought i was 26 ss rigid. it took one ride on some gnarly technical trail to learn that i'm really a 26 geared suspension rider in that situation. but on fire roads or double track i'm fine ss/rigid.

If I were you, the only change I'd make is getting a Surly 1x1 fork, or else find out if the zion 26" rigid fork has clearance for a 29'er wheel. Most due with the suspension correction, I just only happen to be sure about the Surly one. That way you don't screw with the geometry (raking it way the hell out) quite as much.

A rigid fork with a 20mm axle... Gah. Just go suspension from the start if you're going to do that. There's a reason there aren't many of those available. And the resale on it would be horrible.

What are you going to be riding trails with this thing or what? Just curious.

it is made for a 130mm suspension fork. i like a really rigid fork, like the dirt jumpers, so i think the 20mm axle will be awesome

Bikes: A few

I don't know what your terrain is like where you live, but the Mythos 29er tire would be last on my list. Also, with going single speed why waste money getting a fancy 9 speed chain. Get a SRAM PC48 or 58 and call it done.

99.99% of chains are 1/2" chain.

The width of chains is usually either 3/32" or 1/8". BMX cogs are available in each width. If you're not sure what width your cog and chainring are, just get a 1/8" chain anc call it a day.

i would just go for a full on 29r.

also i see a lot of problems with many truvativ cranksets, and if the FSA HS with needlebearings has a split crown race, which i think it does, dont get it. FSA orbitX is a nice HS, very well sealed, and on the cheaper side.
