Some kinda moustache-bullhorn rust-copper thing.
I made it from chopped [rusty] bmx bars, a bmx leve, copper shims, and backward drop adapters for flat-bars.

It's on my 2nd fixed conversion, an '84 Centurion Dave Scott Ironman.
