So at what point, when getting nailed by a car, does it become attempted murder do you think?
If someone hits me intentionally, I'm not going to worry about their car or what I may do it. I do generally leave my u-lock at the office so I'm not tempted to club someone about the head and shoulders with it. I can shatter the sideview mirrors with my fingers, if I need to make a forceful point. Back in the day of messing I did take all the glass out of a car that almost wiped me off this plane of existence though... not a proud moment but you shoulda seen the frats boys faces as I was doin' it. They didn't seem it was as funny as when they ran me into the front of a street cleaner at the corner.
