I'm glad you can judge the personalities of the entire "fixed gear cycling microcosm" based on responses from maybe 20 different people.

Also, I think you would sound a lot more credible if you didn't come off as tooting your horn on every other post about your work experience. I know you're stating examples most of the time, but still... it sounds a bit tired and unnecessary by now. After reading through all of this, I'm wondering if you have issues with yourself and need to proclaim your validity to others.
