I actually had Tony from IRO build them for me. When I was talking to him over the phone, I told him that I was planning on making as much of the bike black as possible (except for the drops and saddle). He told me that he had the rims in stock, and I jumped on it. I wanted him to use the IRO hubs, but they were out of stock so he upgraded me to the Suzues for free I actually don't know the exact price of the rims because they were bundled with the frame, et cetera, but they were probably about $50. One thing to note, though, is that the wheelset arrived dangerously under-tensioned, and I immediately had to get it re-trued. I didn't really complain, though, because I got the Suzue Pro Max hubs cheap.
