Nighttime snacks

Just curious, does anyone besides me eat a small 100 - 175 calorie snack after dinner? I eay 6 small meals a day and consume my 6th. meal around 9:15 pm. It usually consists of oatmeal with kashi cereal mixed in or yogurt/bluberries and kashi cereal. I ride early in the morning and find this before bed "snack" helps me in the morning. Thanks.
