Campus Green, chrome, and Coppertone are indeed fabulous colors for Paramounts. The only change I would make would be to route the brake cables over the handbars instead of under.
I like the half-step gearing, as well. I finally have all the parts I need to regear Capo #2 with a 49-46 chainring combo, a kinder, gentler alternative to your 52-49.
