the issue is only that the paint is fairly cheap on these $150 frames. Like others have said, if it bothers you get it powdercoated for $75-$125 or rattlecan it yourself. People are given a great deal and yet they still find something to ***** about. to better answer your question, I dont think there are any paint issues with the normal iro's
