Maybe the ass slappers had actually just farted and the gas was stuck with no way to escape in the tight lycra shorts thus slapping their asses released it in some way. Picture swimming trunks with air caught inside and floating toward the pool surface. Seriously though I have never seen this ass slapping. I have however seen bikers riding like they had their head up their ass, but that is another story.
