FWIW, I have one pretty much like it. I have the Simplex Criterium derailleurs on mine though. My Reynolds decal is on the seat tube up by the "Inoxydable" decal. I don't see one on yours, but they were very fragile and flaked off easily. I think mine is early seventies, but that is as close as I have been able to date it.
