ISM Adamo Racing Tri Saddle?

I know saddle is a very personal thing, but after 200+ miles on my fizik arione, i'm still left with numb nuts.

I've even had it adjusted and fitted, but I guess my boney arse just can't take it. It's gotten bad where I stopped riding for a month now and been having some irration pain in the nuts (feels like i just got kicked in the nuts type of feel). I thought I had testicular cancer or something.

so, I went to the family doc yesterday and the boys all checked out fine, but was told I just need to lay off the bike till the numbness disappears.

so, which brings me to the question about this saddle. doctor recommend saddles with a cutout to help with the blood flow. so i've searched and found the ISM Adamo Racing Tri Saddle. i figured since ppl doing Tri are often on their bike for a long time, perhaps, this kind of seat will be good for me and my boys. but, i haven't found much info or reviews on this saddle.

so, i'm hoping perhaps someone on here has tried it before and perhaps could shed some reviews.

thanks!
