Hey everybody, I would like help with the following problem:

I've got a stock Fuji track bike (formula fixed/free to alexrim). I want to replace the back wheel with my Surly fixed/fixed to OpenPro wheel, which I understand is better than the wheel I'm currently using. Is this true, or at least not a downgrade?

The stock wheel only has about 50 miles on it. What would be a reasonable asking price to sell it off on CL/eBay?
