Most Peugeots I have from that era have the paper tag on the left chain stay about an inch or so from the bottom bracket, and easily readable. I'm willing to put money on a PH10LE. Mine has the same HLE frame/Carbolite fork combo. I have an Avoriaz that is close with HLE and forged drops, but it has stem shifters and no fork decals. Either way it should be rather light and ride like only a Peugeot can. NICE find in my book! Convert it to aero brake levers and put on some kool stop brake shoes.,,,,BD

I'm jealous actually. The only pearl white 80's Peugeots I have are entry level or just above. The rest are Burgundy or black.
