I don't know too much about track hubs admittedly but mine look just like these silver ones. At any rate, I don't know if the bearings are sealed either.
Nope, those are loose ball/cone & cup bearings. I know the OP was looking for sealed bearing, but it looks like you can't get them AND solid flanges from Formula.
