If not, can you recommend something better in approximately the same price range? If not, how much more would I need to spend to get something decent and, what would you recommend?

I'm not looking for anything professional, just something fun to record some rides and share with friends. But I don't want to get something that won't work at all or is a total POS that I won't want to use.
