i hate gyms, they are stale and boring, but i've started to make myself go 3 times a week. i just keep thinking about my end goal and it motivates me to keep going.
Yeah, everything i've heard says to start slowly, but i have such a hard time with not pushing myself. i like to FEEL that i'm getting something done. But, i guess that discipline isn't just about pushing things to the max eh?
i'm not quite sure what team i'll join. i was thinking i'd try to join the Cutthroat team, however i don't know. i definitely do not have anything set in stone at the moment. Maybe we could motivate each other to run eh Al?
