Hmmmm.....I think most of the guys in my club could certainly hold their own in a fight whether or not they were wearing spadex. They are some uber-fit mother scratchers. And their nature is fairly aggressive (that may just be why they like crits so much).

I on the other hand am a wuss with a potty mouth. Though I intend to set my next fitness goal as upper body improvements. It would also be entertaining if my son and I joined a martial arts place as a father son bonding thing. It could help on the road.
