Indeed that is one tricked out commuter bike. You obviously know you bikes, and you obviously commute mucho.

Hebie chainglider. I got it from Urbane Cyclist in Canada through their website. It rides on top of the entire drivetrain. Works pretty well but adds a bit of drag and makes a faint noise. There are a few threads around here about them.
Someone here on the forum claims to have bought a boatload and is going to start selling them in the states. Would be a good idea to wait to see if the prices on
his site pan out and are real. Mine ended up costing $90 with shipping
