You folks in Georgia might ask, "Rain? What's that?"
In North Carolina, we're saying, "Rain? What's that?" Currently, we have a burn ban on, with a fine of $1000 if you decide to be stupid enough to defy that order, and we have water restrictions, as well. I'm starting to feel like I'm in a dry, but green, pine tree-loaded, desert!
