While I think that is still the case in north GA, down here in the midstate, or drought ended several weeks ago and we have been getting rain fairly often. In fact, I think we are in for a couple of wet days starting tonight. But with temps ranging from the 50s to the 80s, we won't be seeing anything frozen unless it comes from the freezer.
