The compact SRAM cranks shift pretty good. The standard cranks I thought were kind of poor. SRAM's bottom bracket kind of sucks.. the bearings arent very good. Thats the one upgrade that Id consider making. I switched my bike back to Force and Im happy with all the components. The BB had a ton of drag to it, tho so I upgraded that piece. Everyhing else is standard Force.
