There are a couple of things that don't seem right with my Falcon, just need someone to tell me they're correct. First is the headbadge. It looks original and all, with the Olympic rings, and the Falcon etc. However it is pop riveted on? Should it have screws, seems more period correct to me?

Second is that "decals" are actually a vinyl wrap on all three main tubes. The chain stay ones look like waterslides, due to flaking and scratches being able to remove them. They seem about the age of the bike,
but this is before most bikes were vinyl. Were they just ahead of their time?,,,,BD
