Yes I don't think you will find such a high concentration of fixie shops here in Munich. I have been in a few LBS's round Munich and not seen any fixie specific stuff. Have you tried doing a search on Google. I am not sure what the German is for fixie. You might have to resort to ordering on the internet. Cycling is quite popular in Munich but there doesnt seem to be a big interest in Fixies here. I am only really aware of them through this forum and that has given me the idea to give it a try. I have an old city bike (about 6 years old). Its steel and a bit heavy (built like a tank) but the drop-outs are sort of horizontal so I might give it a try just to get a taste for riding fixed and find out what the interest is.
