Matrix was the brand for Trek components. Their rims were generally made in the USA, and might have been contract-built by somebody like Sun (experts may know, perhaps the Vintage Trek site has info). You could get a pretty close idea of ERD by measuring with a metric tape measure from a spoke hole across to the opposite hole, estimating the points that a nipple head would seat in both places.
