Yes, they did. While i'm not familiar with the cinelli Peugeot made a PH12 model from 1982-1984. First debuting in 1982 as the 100th aniversary centenary model to celebrate Peugeot 100th anniversary of producing bikes. 1983 and '84 model were virtualy unchanged but had slightly different nomencature to differentiate them from the '82 model. They are made with a version of Peugeots egendary cabo 103 tubing called 'carboprofile' 103.

The U.K had a similar model as well as a PH12 and PH 'turbo'.
