Part number 33 and 33/P are the outer locknuts on the hub assemblies, they will be stamped with a date.

Edit: That date is on the inside of the locknut meaning you must remove them to find out. Not really worth it unless you have the proper tools and are confident in your abilities to adjust the bearings.
