I would think that if I was pulled over 9 times on my bike then I would have been cited at least once. I have never been cited. To me this feels like the police inventing reasons to stop and question people and then wait for the person to give a conflicting answer and then the search begins and so on. Tonight I rode on the bike path and now I am wondering if I would rather deal with the police on the street or the dangerous people on the bike path, lol.
In the end I would rather the police pulled over more people rather than less people because I like having a relatively safe neighboorhood to ride in. I just feel that cycling is such a fun time for me that the police are starting to ruin it.
