meh. he knows his **** but he can be a real *******. humangirl has had some shoddy work done there because he left some stuff half-done to do something else. when she got a frame and had a headset put in, it was the most worthless installation i've ever seen...if i remember, jen talked him into it so we could just get it done then and be on our way, but he was in the middle of something, got grumpy, threw **** on there, didn't put on all the parts (or even give us those parts), install the star nut or do anything. we just paid another shop to do it all the way, or as much as we could after we realized we didn't have the full headset.

other than that....that shop can be great.
