Here is my Raleigh mtb convert. Soon I'm going to get some panniers, fenders, and a basket for it. Rite now I just strap backpacks to the sides of the rack.
Although you didn't ask for recommendations I would recommend Arkel panniers (I have had the XM45 for a few years and they are excellent) and Planet bike fenders.
