Only 3 centuries. Did not train for any of them. When I was riding a lot I typically did the clubs 60-70 mile ride on at least one of the weekend days and at least 40 the other. And during the time where work pernmitted a 60-70 midweek ride.
Oh I do have 4 doubles. Only trained for one of those the First Grand Tour I did. The only real training was the clubs 170 mile ride a couple of weeks before. Didn't do any training for the LAnd Rush, back to back doubles. I was told I would suffer big time on hte second day. It really reminded me a bit of a typical weekend Rugby tournament, same general soreness and tiredness. The only difference was that every part of my body was in working order, which was generally not the case at a Rugby tournament.
