G'day All in Oz,

for those that haven't heard, SBS has the mens RR 'live' from 7.45pm on sat 14/8 & the womans R/R on Sunday from 10pm.......531 will only be watching the 1st 2 hrs cos he'll be exhausted from being up so early on sat for the 'hell ride'!!!......
