Yeah buying a 2nd hand bike from interstate sight unseen would be begging for it as far as my luck with these things go.

What's a 'scapin' frame anyway? Is that a frame that has a habit of 'scapin' out from underneath it's rider? Or bits have a habit of 'scapin' off of it? Or it ended up 'scapin' off the back of a truck?
