What's a 'scapin' frame anyway? Is that a frame that has a habit of 'scapin' out from underneath it's rider? Or bits have a habit of 'scapin' off of it? Or it ended up 'scapin' off the back of a truck?

Eat thy words heathen!...Scapin are an Italian manufacturer of high end frames. They made their reputation on steel, but I think they do ALU as well now. Check this site
