Warm cycling tights - custom made

I have been looking for a while for some cycling tights that would keep my knees and other sensitive parts reliably warm in the winter.
Because of sizing problems I ended up ordering custom made pants and I can really recommend them so far (after two cold night rides - no rain exposure yet):
Power Shield pants (the second choice from the top on the following page: http://foxwear.net/products_pants.html ). Custom sizing, color choices, and a good design with a windproof, water resistant front. I chose the thicker material options and I am happy that I did . Very reasonable price ($77 plus shipping) and delivered in less than two weeks.
Tailor made is neat for Clydes - unfortunately I have not come across a source for regular cycling apparel.
