Jamis' carbon frames are so much more advanced than Treks its not even funny. If you want to talk about misrepresentation look no further than Trek. They go around buying up every independent company they can get their hands on and pass off a lugged carbon frame as some kind of advanced technology. They spend all their money on sponshiships, advertising, and lawsuits, and rip off their frame styles from Orbea. (If this doesnt make sense to you take a look at the past few model years of the Orca vs. the Madone.) Anyone who has ever dealt with Jamis knows that they're an awesome company who puts a crap load of time and thought into their bikes. They have great people working for them and their customer service is the best in the business. Taiwan makes good stuff whether you want to believe it or not. Buy a Trek if you want to support the biggest scam in the bicycle industry.
