Yeah that's just what I said (echoing Moulton). The steep headtube gets the rider into the draft, and the reverse rake allows for a decent amouont of trail in spite of the steep headtube.
But in addition to increasing trail the reverse rake also allows the rider to get even closer to the pacer.
