Bikes: Old-ass gearie hardtail MTB, fix-converted Centurion LeMans commuter, SS hardtail monster MTB

The difference in diameter is only 8mm, so only 4mm in the radius. If you use a fat tire on the 700c and a skinnier one on the 27" they should be even closer in diameter.
