Don't Knock Sandiego. I hear they had a months rain in January in one day. Mind you- the month was June so Probably was just enough to mean the windscreen wipers on the cars probably did not get used much. That is if there there were any cardrivers about. They probably saw the sky start getting dark so went home for tea.
