I think a Super Record rear derailleur should work but I would rather use a C-Record setup for 8 speed. how old is your De Rosa frame? What is the rear spacing - I would guess that it is set at 130mm to accomodate the 8 speed block. With C-Record you could still use down tube shifters and have the brake cables beneath the bar tape - or are you looking for the exposed cable look?
