The year of the frame and the rear spacing all suggest C-Record. Your preference for down tube gear levers and aero brake levers support the C-Record build option.
But, if you want to stretch the Campagnolo rear derailleur to it's limit with 8 Speed, Super Record, Nuovo Victory or Nuovo Triomphe are probably as old as you can go.
