So I picked up a brand new Felt F3c frame on Ebay and built it up this week. Haven't taken it for a ride yet because of the weather but it fits well when riding on the rollers. This is an upgrade to my 2005 Trek 5000 that was a little big for me. Anyways here are the specs and some pics.
