+1 again; I summarized above what a mere six full years as an SBC has done for this 56 yr. old git -- above is the other part of the story. I have two b_ggered knees and ankles as a legacy from my misspent youth (soccer, rugby), + generalized mild osteoarthritis elsewhere; cycling is the thing for me, esp. since I dislike swimming
