My neighbor found this bike at the dump. I'm thinking it's French, but there are no identifying marks of any kind. Shifters and derailleurs are Huret Allvit, the one remaining brake is Weinmann, no name on the cranks/BB. Distinctive frame features: seat stays are a single tube that wraps around the seat tube, and there's a grease fitting on the non-drive side of the BB. No serial number I've been able to find.
